3. STORE IDS AND UPLOAD TO CRD
   • Scan and store government-issued photo IDs
   • Upload client data to USPS Customer Registry Database

4. WITNESS SIGNATURES PROPERLY
   • In-person witnessing preferred
   • Live video witnessing acceptable
   • Record witness session details

   • Certified, registered, and express mail
